Simon Wan is a full-time REALTOR® with Royal LePage Elite in Coquitlam, BC. Originally from Hong Kong, he immigrated to Vancouver at the age of 10 and later earned a degree in Economics from Simon Fraser University. His career began in banking and finance, where he spent over 12 successful years in Hong Kong before returning to Vancouver in 2016 with his wife and young son.

Driven by a passion for helping others and a desire for new challenges, Simon transitioned into real estate, where he applies his financial expertise and client-focused approach to guide buyers, sellers, and investors with confidence.
